360 Newbury is one of our favorite condo development in all of Boston. 360 Newbury Street sits tall on the corner of Newbury and Mass Ave. This gorgeous building with a flair of Frank Gehry architecture has the boldness of loft like spaces in a modern contemporary design. You wont find parking or a gym in this building, which keeps the condo fees very low. On the flip side, who needs a car if you are living right on Newbury Street.
