The online "community" was launched in Boston in October of 2005 featuring 1,000+ properties owned by more than 50 leading, independent real estate agents and developers who aim to be at the forefront of online real estate marketing. The company is now in 33 urban markets that spans across the U.S. from Seattle, WA to South Beach, Miami.
Over the years CondoDomain.com has learned a better way to interact with clients via the Internet and launched its very own online real estate brokerage in the Boston area. Similar to popular competitors in the industry, CondoDomain.com boasts not only MLS listings, but also new construction buildings, existing buildings, featured listings, For Sale by Owner properties, foreclosure listings and even auction listings. CondoDomain.com is committed to being a leader in the condominium and urban residential real estate space.

Anthony Longo Jr.
Founder and CEO
Tony began his career in technology, graduating from Syracuse University's School of Information Management & Technology, to later become a highly certified network engineer in Sun Microsystems' elite "Best of the Best" program. In 2002, Tony shifted gears and joined forces with a major national lender to originate residential mortgages in the downtown Boston area, concentrating on new, urban development and condominium projects. Utilizing technology to market to consumers, CondoDomain was born. Tony currently is managing the growth of CondoDomain.com and its new Online Flat Fee Exclusive Buyers’ Brokerage. Tony, self-proclaimed as a Lifestyle Estate & Technology Evangelist resides in Boston’s South End neighborhood; and has set out on a mission to change the inefficient process of buying residential real estate in urban markets.
Christian Major
Director of Market Development
Christian oversees the West Coast market sales and development for condoDomain.com. Prior to joining condoDomain.com he was a member of the United States Military for over seven years. Christian served in both the United States Navy and Army, participating in both Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2001-06. Christian attended the University of Maine as a student athlete where he studied political science and was a member of the Black Bear football team.
Meryl Bralower
Vice President of Strategy and Business Development
A distinguished business development strategist, Meryl's versatility and deep expertise have helped numerous organizations market innovative services and concepts. In 2000, Meryl convinced Craig Newmark, founder of craigslist.org, to let her launch the site - which was only available in California at the time - in Boston. It was a colossal success, and the site is now thriving in 175 cities worldwide. More recently, Meryl worked with Dan Kasner (Danny of 'The Apprentice' 2004 season), CEO of POPstick, to create a successful charity program for his digital arts and technology company; and cofounded Social Venture Partners Boston (SVP), an organization consisting of business professionals that provide expertise and funding to assist local non-profits. Meryl has published numerous articles, and is often featured in the press as a business expert. In her role at condoDomain.com, Meryl will explore and pursue business strategies to successfully grow the company, and brand, to the national level.
