RaiCoh Partners is currently developing the former Meisel Press Building located at 944 Dorchester Avenue in the Boston neighborhood of Dorchester in to a 59 unit loft development. After successfully permitting the project through a rigorous neighborhood review board as well as steering the project through the Boston Redevelopment Authority (“BRA”) large project review and the Boston Zoning Board of Appeals RaiCoh teamed with R&R Realty who is providing equity financing.
Construction started in March of 2007 and is anticipated to be completed in June 2008. Construction includes renovation of an existing structure as well as the new construction of an underground parking garage and two new wings bringing the total project size to approximately 72,000 square feet.
