360 Newbury is one of our favorite condo development in all of Boston. 360 Newbury Street sits tall on the corner of Newbury and Mass Ave. This gorgeous building with a flair of Frank Gehry architecture has the boldness of loft like spaces in a modern contemporary design. You wont find parking or a gym in this building, which keeps the condo fees very low. On the flip side, who needs a car if you are living right on Newbury Street. Just in case you do, there is a garage and a Boston Sports club right across the street! If you can get into 360 Newbury, you should check it out. It is on the top of our list for Boston Condos!
