If you plan on working with us, make sure you print our team's business card before you go to any open houses or visit any development sales centers! This will ensure that the listing agent or onsite sales and marketing team knows that you are working with CondoDomain as your exclusive buyers' broker. This will also entitle you to receive a large percentage of our commission when you purchase your new condo. Remember, CondoDomain only takes a flat fee of $5,000 out of the buyers' brokerage commission, refunding the remainder to you. On the average $500,000 purchase, that’s $10,000 cash check cut to you after your closing! |
