I really think now is the time to buy. I think things will be very busy between now and July and then the Jumbo loans kick in and many larger homes will go the until the end of the year.
Buying in todays market and looking forward ten years from now when you had purchased your home and maybe considering what may very well be the best investment and profit you could have every made for your familys future or your retirement years in selling the home a great profit.
I think time you get thru the lending process we will have been at the lowest bottom of the market.
