		<description>Sounds like a step in the right direction that this area is open back up for pedestrian use.  Having a view of the Boston Harbor and it's ammenties can only be a plus.  I predict this will become a great area to gather for community events and fairs.  We need more green spaces in our cities and sounds like this one has more than done the job.</description>
