Boston Wharf Condos moving forward! Tony Goldman’s crew over in the Seaport plan to convert the first of many buildings beginning next month. 316-322 Summer Sreet will be the first building in the Boston Wharf portfolio. The building will consist of residential condo and commercial condo units for retail space and a new restaurant (not disclosed yet). Stand by for the Re-Birth of the Seaport by one of SOHO’s (NYC) most important developers!
