Hi B-L

Hearty congratulations! Some review of "force field" situations and leadership today reminded me of your line of work and your envisioning for the future. Though we have never met, I wish you the very best working alongside the very best. If you're interested in the "force field" stuff (about change, contexts, etc.) you can check the blog ... I believe it is the latest entry (www.36towerstreet.blogspot.com)

Best wishes as you expand! I almost moved to the uptown area in Dallas (we were almost moving there instead of staying in Boston)...It's an awesome next step ... It's really coming together with beautiful properties and a really cool artsy, hip, public transportation accessible area. My best bud who lives in the suburbs is moving to the city for the hippness factor.

But, if you are going to have to travel to that end - highly recommend you go when it cools down a bit!

Best wishes and of course great success!

Thanks again. The Grotto was great and I found great parking. I highly recommend the Gnocchi (and yes they can make it vegetarian) as well as the chocolate dessert. Fantastic place and I will be back.

Today was a mess - with all the construction in the Fort Point area, I should have taken the train rather than drove. That's my advice for anyone going to Persephone in the next week. I finally did find an all day lot for 11 bucks - a little far out... but I was 45 mins late for my 11:30 reservation.

Although Persephone was nice, I had not intended on eating alone...C'est lav vie! My lunch for two turned into a lunch for one ... I was hoping an old friend might be coming around for a toast to celebrate.

Although I did not order the three courser, those of you going to Persephone, I HIGHLY recommend the starter, the corn soup - in fact,, if you've got any connections with chef, I'd love the recipe! That was amazing corn soup with those little bits of salsa etc.

Everything else looked delicious as well ...

Wait a sec, this is a condo website for properties, not all this jazz! I'll get onto yelpers and write some reviews.

Anyhow, thanks again - I wish you the very best as you containing developing the media aspects of condodomain - You've all gathered together a great team!

This is an awesome street - I mean you're in the mecca of the arts, great little reastaurants, and a truly diverse set of people. I've been really taken to the South End this past year, and I am sure that this property will not last long! Whomever gets to be living here is lucky! What views! If you are reading this and end up buying this place, I'd love to check out that patio :) Seriously though, this is worth seeing in person - go check it out!

See, Thomas, I agree with you here, but here's the thing...

The discourse of the company lies within a borderland of theory...

Between those properties which are very luxurious and can only be afforded by very luxurious individuals ... and thus perhaps those that might consider an extra half million a nice donation to an organization...

And those properties and clients for whom the refund check is a huge deal, a mindful decision of how to use it towards all those costs associated with home buying, or towards new things like furniture that can extend beyond IKEA etc...

The discourse of the company lies between and serves the clients' priorities no matter what... I quote Jess "No matter what the cost of the property, all our clients are served the same..." (that's not a direct quote, but something like that..."

So, how will the company continue to live out within these two discourse borderlands...to which theory can we both make the luxury folks feel luxurious and the those that are looking at a property that is let's say 300 grand in Dallas still feel luxurious ...and yet have different, way different, needs of the rebate check?

Make sense. You strike me as a theory man, so I throw out all this gibble gabble. If you're like to continue the convo anytime, be sure to drop a note or visit the blog :)

Erica,
Thanks to you, I've got a 12:30 lunch date with a girlfriend tomorrow at the Grotto. However, I need to drive and know very little about the area - any advice? Also I'm checking out the Achilles on Wednesday. Again, any advice about parking would be great - the car gives me flexibility to shuffle from one thing to the next...

Merci!

I'd have to agree with you both...

Since Boston gets cold, indoor swimming space would be nice in such an expensive home...either home...

But, considering the descriptions of both estates, you could swim in the bathtubs no? It seems that anything would be possible with such crazy plans and visions at both places...

I don't know though - the best home seems to be when you make every context your home when leave "home" - so why have such a big home?

I have a hard time keeping 2000 square feet clean!
