Last Thursday 130 Commonwealth Avenue held its private auction rambled off by Sheldon Good & Company out of Chicago. I still don’t believe any offers have been accepted (anyone, anyone?).
It will be interested to see what this valued $15M Townhouse will go for. Neighborhing 130 Commonwealth Avenue is 128 Commonwealth Avenue which also has come on the market - the owner - mega car dealer Herb Chambers (moving to the Mandarin Oriental) and he has choosen all-star agent Beth Dickerson to list the property for just shy of $15M.
