		<description>It's kind of pointless to sign a purchase agreement because they don't really have any realistic closing date. Great place to go look at but again...wouldn't sign.</description>

		<description>Yes we agree...its a gorgeous product.  We love the floorplans and the unit interiors!  I am sure you would get your full deposit back, but dont get me wrong, I am no attorney.

		<description>I've been hanging on because it seems like a great place but also because I fear I won't get my full deposit back.  It seems, though, that the real date where I must agree to any further extensions is approaching (Feb 1st, I think), so I have to decide one way or the other fairly soon.
