One of Boston’s new “Flags” in town is the all new InterContinental Hotel & Residences. Located on the Waterfront between downtown and the Seaport District and smack-dab on the lush Rose Kennedy Greenway.
The Residences at The InterContinental is comprised of a five-star, flagship Inter Continental Hotel on the first 12 floors of the building, and 130 luxury condominium units located on the 14th floor to the 21st floors. The development is Boston’s first new waterfront residences in 14 years.
The building is 21 stories high with views in every direction. There are 130 condo units & prices start around 800k for a 1 bedroom and go all the way up to $6.8M for a penthouse 4 bedroom unit!
