Russia Wharf, a new conversion in progress down on Boston Waterfront area has some impressive renderings. Talks are that it will be a mixed use project including, retail, office & condos. Other recent projects down on the waterfront include the Residences at the Inter Continental which has been a glowing success in today Boston Condo market.
