		<description>Hey Kate....yes in limbo from our point of view too...but after touring the property less than a month ago they are still showing unit.  I think it will unfold eventually and will stay as condos and not go rental.  Its a great project...beautiful units...just to bad the developers got in a little argument.  It will work its way out shortly.

As for returning deposits...I think some have been.  Also I think they are taking reservations now....but I dont think they will ink any P&#038;S's.</description>
