What an interesting design to the building I find it very elegant and appealing. I love the idea that it offers different price housing within the same structure. Love the windows and the views. What makes this additionally so attractive is being so close to transit transportation negating the need for a car. I love the idea of stores below and see this as a great enviroment I could picture myself living in.
There is an open house at the Carruth the weekend of March 8 & 9 - see http://www.thecarruth.com - and they are touting some preview tastes of Tavolo (the 3d of Chris Douglass’ restaurants) and Flat Black Coffee which will also be in the building. Should be fun!
